My name is Patrick Messenger. I'm VEGAN. I'm an ultra-RUNNER. And I live joyfully in LOUISVILLE. 

But I am a lot more than just a Louisville Vegan Runner.

And I am stoked that you're here to learn about me, and the causes closest to me.

From time to time, I may offer advice. I may also pose questions that I ponder for myself and for life in general. I am always open to your thoughts and questions, as well.
